fun sunday

today was one of the fulfilling days i have had in a long time, coming back from a long journey yesterday , fagged out with no interest in anything whatsoever, i knew i had to make the best of Sunday. i had a thousand and one things to do and just knowing that was stress on it's own.i woke up 5am , did a bit of office work , went to church and had an awesome time in God's presence. today was testimony /thanksgiving Sunday and just listening to people talk about how God turned things for the better was uplifting, i saw two friends i haven't seen in a while and it felt good to catch up.
being away for a week, i missed my family so i decided to hang out with my cousins , we dressed up, took photos and went to the movies .PS : if you haven't seen jumping the broom , i suggest you do! the movie was awesome , we" awwwed", and laughed and cried! ( covering my face) , a must watch ,and i shall buy a copy to keep, it is one of those movies you wont get tired of seeing.
i love my family and spending time with them is always a memorable one. hope your weekend is going on well, have a lovely week ahead guys xxx

Yesterday I spent the whole day in heels and trust me it wasn't funny at all. I decided to give my feet good rest today and that's what influenced my outfit. I am happy I made that decision cos it is 8pm and am just returning back to my hotel room. Now, am attending a retreat and there are no restrictions to dress code ! So I really wonder why I was stressing yday !
These coach bev sneakers are heaven sent and a must have! I swear I can do anything in them(sleep inclusive), talk about comfort!

I may not have liked the retreat location but I have learnt so much here and that's what's important

LONG WEEK AHEAD !

yesterday my nephew was dedicated in church...it was a day full of so much activity with friends and family. am so so tired from the weekend and i have to be ready for a 5hr road trip..i do hope i packed everything as i did my packing in a hurry. looking forward to sleeping all through the journey.

with all the recent happenings in my beloved country, i cant help to wonder why ???, it has been a rough year thus far..lots of lives lost for the most silly of reasons or excuses! i wish we all sit back and reflect on where all of the strife is heading us to. it is sad :(, to think that people woke up this morning ready to start out as usual and now are lying DEAD!, it is sad a child somewhere has lost his father , mother..a woman her husband , we need to sit back and think..WHERE IS ALL OF THESE LEADING US TO???

Here is my personal experience.....

Because i love to experiment and try out new stuff (last year, i added APPLE CIDAR vinegar to my drinking water to help reduce belly fat..it WORKED !) ,

I decided to find out how true this wonder tea can be, i still am drinking green tea and i must say i have noticed a change in my body system. This tea enables me  empty my bowels every morning, it boosts my energy level because it contains caffeine. it  also has increased my metabolic rate (i have a slow one), i recently fitted into a skirt which was seemingly too tight and "THOUGHT PROVOKING" as my cousin would say  lol, and yay!!, i can see my collar bones now (a major sign for me;)) I think anyone seeking to shed a bit of weight can try it out, though i recommend you get an organic brand.
